Ingredients:
- 125g butter
- 500g dark brown sugar
- 120ml milk
- 250g crunchy peanut butter
- 1 vanilla pod (seeds only)
- 300g icing sugar
Takes about 40 minutes or so all together to make. The picture is only half of what I made (got bored cutting it after a while lol).
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over a medium heat.
- Stir in the brown sugar and milk, and bring to the boil for 2-3 minutes, without stirring.
- Remove from the heat, and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla seeds.
- Pace the icing sugar in a large bowl, and pour the hot butter and sugar mixture on top. Using a wooden spoon, beat the mixture until smooth.
- Pour into a 20cm deep square tin. Allow to cool slightly then pop in the fridge to set.
- I left it a night because I was busy and then cut it up into as neat squares as I could.
- Enjoy!
Aah I want to eat this! I love peanut butter!

It's easy peasy to make! Give it a go. Don't be afraid at the amount of sugar though x
