Happy weekend everyone, I just finished these today:
The pattern was kindly supplied by Yarn Yard. It was fun to do but I definitely stuffed the green one more than the red, leaving it bigger and bulkier.
I've had a great weekend with a bit of a bummer thrown in the mix. It was at my mate's 30th yesterday - a pub crawl starting from 11am until everyone dropped. I didn't join until later as poor James has done his ankle in and needed help about the house. It was a great wee day seeing loads of faces I've not seen for a while. The bummer part was in one pub a bench was knocked over and my phone got smashed as a result :( Just the back of it but still sad as it is so new. Thank goodness I decided to be a grown up and take out insurance for once! I will hopefully get it sorted soon.
Been so busy this week as I've just started placement again - it takes a while to get used to the long shifts. I have also been working on this Master Shake pattern from Aqua Teen Hunger Force for my friends birthday (the one that just turned 30 - yep I know, late!)
The pattern is provided by Nerdigurumi. She has some amazing patterns on her page. If you are fond of crochet you should defo check out her page. So far all I have done is this:
I shall keep you posted on it's SLOW progress. I reckon with placement shifts and what-not I won't finish it for at least two weeks - maybe...
How is everyone spending Valentines? My man and I tend not to do anything about it but this year I wanna spend it seeing the new Die Hard film! Well excited.
Kirst xx
